From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The aircraft lined up to runway 05 at short final with full flaps and 65KTS. Flaring out until touch down, still straight to the middle of runway. After a second or two the aircraft started turning to the right, which I was trying to correcting with full left rudder and

Left brake. The aircraft continue to turn until it slides sideways from the middle to right edge of runway. At this time the aircraft turned 180 degrees.

Before the airplane came to a full stop, the left main gear reached the dirt next to runway and the left main gear collapsed. The aircraft tipped now down to the left and damaged left wing tip, elevation stabilizer and propeller.
