From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Ship 603 was on an active taxiway holding short of a service road with the parking brake set. A delta B757 was positioned in front of incident aircraft. When the B757 received taxi clearance, a tug and train of baggage carts were driving on the service road. As the 757 increased thrust to move it is believed the jet blast broke one of the carts loose and sent the cart into the cowling of the #1 engine.
