From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On November 07, 2013 at approximately 1325 mountain standard time, during landing at Carefree sky-ranch airport N60TM skidded off the right side of runway 24.

The pilot stated that during landing the left brake failed and the pedal went to the floor. The pilot tried to pump the brakes as he rolled down the runway. When he felt he was not going to stop he pressed both brakes very hard and had full left rudder, trying the control the aircraft and the aircraft skidded off the runway to the right. As the aircraft hit a dirt berm off the runway the nose gear collapsed and the aircraft stopped moving.
