From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft landed on runway 19R and pilot stated he applied brakes prematurely and damaged right main tire by creating a flat spot. Pilot exited the runway at taxiway golf and called for assistance. Aircraft remained on ramp for approximately 20 minutes while martin aviation personnel changed the damaged tire and towed aircraft to martin aviation, certified repair station M8VR, where aircraft was subsequently returned to service. During the course of the above events runway 19R was closed and flight AWE621 had to divert to klax due to runway closure.
