From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot was performing a maintenance flight check after landing gear actuator repair. All gear retracted normally but only nose gear extended when gear handle selected down. Emergency extend handle when pumped offered no additional hydraulic pressure. Aircraft landed with main gear up and locked and nose gear down and locked. Hydraulic flaps would not extend so pilot had to do a flap up, two gear up landing. On the landing rollout the aft emmpange bulkhead and skin where damaged. As the aircraft came to rest on the runway 33, when it was almost stopped it fell to the left side damaging the horizontal stabilizor and the left elevator skin and balance weight.
