From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

privacy data omitted Was attempting to land on runway 35 at jyo with crosswinds of 15 knots gusting to 25 knots. A gust of wind forced the aircraft over the grass median and privacy data omitted attempted to perform a go around by applying full power but was not able to get enough air speed to recover. Causing the aircraft to touch down in the grass median next to runway 35, the left and nose landing gear touched down in the grass and the prop struck the grass causing the aircraft to flip on its back.
