From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot stated he was cleared for the RNAV GPS runway 29. At halda (1.6 NM prior to the final approach fix) he stated the gear was down and the flaps in the landing configuration. The aircraft landing was normal for about 300 feet thereafter the nose gear slowly collapsed first, and then the main wheels collapsed slowly thereafter. The aircraft was traveling at approximately 30 to 40 knots when the main wheels folded into their gear wells. After coming to a stop the aircraft was secured and evacuated appropriately.
