From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot made a normal 3 point landing on rwy 31 turf. Wind reported as 290 @6-10 knots. On rollout while slowing through approximately 30 knots pilot reported aircraft lifted into air after rolling over hump/hole in runway. Hump created sufficeint AOA to send aircraft airborne, aircraft was too slow to have sufficeint air flow for rudder and elevator authority. Upon returning to the ground on the hole side of the hump the aircraft pitched forward and nosed over. Minor damage to canopy, prop, engine cowl, right wingtip, and top of rudder. Additional damage to right wingtip and cowling due to uprighting of aircraft by recovery crew.
