From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Upon final approach to runway 22R, all systems were normal and the pilot had a green gear down indication. At approx 30 feet before touch down, the pilot felt a vibration and the green gear down indicator light went out. The pilot performed a go around. The pilot retracted the gear and then extended and the green gear indicator again indicated landing gear down and locked. A fly by was performed and air traffic verified the gear was down and appeared to be in the full down and locked position. The pilot landed the aircraft and the initial touch down was without incident. The aircraft rolled out approx. 200 feet to the end of the runway and at that point the right main landing gear folded.
