From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft departed Palm Springs using runway 31L. At point of initial lift-off from take-off roll, pilot reported a severe right yaw and right roll. Pilot inputed left rudder in a effort to counter the right movement and realized that left rudder was ineffective. Pilot then used left aileron to counter the right yaw/roll and then returned to psp rwy 31L for landing. While in a "uncoordinated" condition the aircraft's left wing struck the ground casusing minor damage.
