From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

N6063F was on landing rollout on runway 20 at kjwn. At approximately 400 feet after touchdown, the aircraft departed the runway to the left. The aircraft proceeded through the grass surface toward taxiway A3. Upon contact with taxiway A3, the nose wheel separated from the shock strut. The aircraft crossed taxiway A3 with the nose strut contacting the asphalt. When the nose strut made contact with the softer surface at the edge of the taxiway, the aircraft flipped tail over nose and came to rest inverted. Post accident examination of the aircraft brakes revealed no abnormalities.
