From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On February 2nd, 2015 after normal preflight and engine start operations the flight crew received a taxi clearance from dvt-atc. Paraphrasing, taxi to rwy 25L via taxiway a, A13; hold short of rwy 25L. It was the taxi clearance they expected and briefed. As they started to taxi the crew commenced with all taxi checklist items and completed. As the pilots approached the 90 degree turn from taxiway *a* onto taxiway *A13* they discussed the narrow taxiway and the tight 90 degree turn. During the turn, even though they favored the left side of the taxiway, the right main wheels went off the taxiway. They immediatly contacted ground control for assistance.
