From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Nose and main landing gear collapsed upon touch down at cma. Landing gear warning horn and warning light illuminated during approach and touch down at cma. The aircraft was raised and the gear was extended using the manual extension and then safety wire in place. The warning horn was still activated. The landing gear indication lights tested good.

The pilot thought that the warning horn was part of an electrical failure that the aircraft was having.

The landing gear was extended during the approach. However the pilot did not confirm by, the indicators, that the landing gear was in the down position.
