From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft was used in a training flight with CFI and student performing simulated engine failure after takeoff. They continued in the pattern for landing, failed to lower the landing gear, and on attempted landing heard the scraping of the aircraft with the runway surface. The PIC immediately executed a go-around and landed uneventful. Upon shut down the pilot realized the propeller tips had also contacted the runway. The aircraft sustained minor damage which included to the flaps inboard aft edges, footstep, lower antenna and propeller tips. No injuries to the two occupants. Weather was not a factor.
