From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The aircraft taxied from o'hare terminal 3 passenger loading area. As the aircraft executed a turn out, under the guidance of a marshaller, the aircraft right elevator contacted a stationary baggage cart.

The pilot stated that they normally have 2 marshallers and normally park the airplane facing the taxiway. On this occasion, the marshaller directed the pilot to pull nose first into the parking spot. The pilot had room to turn around. He only had one marshaller to direct him out of the parking spot.
