From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

PIC had a normal preflight and run-up. PIC back-taxied for takeoff on rwy 15. Pilot experienced normal acceleration until approximately 82 KIAS. At that point, pilot stated that the right engine map and RPM fluctuated. He could also hear and feel the right engine fluctuations. PIC initiated an abort. He pulled both throttles to idle and applied heavy, symmetric braking. Aircraft exited the end of the runway and it came to a rest 470 feet off the end of the runway. Pilot exited aircraft and assisted his passenger out of the aircraft. There was no post crash fire.
