From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot was approaching Denver at night. Fairly new to the aircraft (4 weeks). Pilot felt a little rushed by ATC and simply forgot to lower landing gear. Landing gear horn working but aircraft is extremely loud and pilot reported he could not hear the horn. Result was a gear up landing.

Minor damage. Some skin, flap, and gear door damage.

Pilot filed asap report with his air carrier and this was accepted. National asap manager called me to confirm acceptance into the program.
