From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot took off from the norfolk, NE airport enroute to o'neill, NE and selected gear up. The gear intransit light stayed illuminated. Pilot cycled the gear but only got a green light on the nose and left main gear. Pilot attempted to use the emergency gear extension checklist but still could not get a green light on the right main. Pilot did a low pass at the o'neill airport and the airport manager confirmed the gear appeared to be down and locked. Pilot opted to continue on to the Omaha, NE Eppley airport. Pilot did another low pass and gear was confirmed by two people that it appeared to be down and locked. Pilot hand pumped the gear again and proceeded to land. On touch down, the right main gear collapsed, causing propeller and minimal airframe damage.
