What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
The aircraft was loaded by employees of the handling company in san lois pototsi. No load sheet or other guidance was provided to the loading crew by the flight crew. The cargo was not loaded in accordance with the load plan provided to the crew by the company. As a result the aircraft had a c.g. of approximately -.8% mac at takeoff when the crew assumed it had the projected c.g. of 21.7% mac. The crew set the stabilizer trim to 21.7% mac. This, in conjunction with the exceedance of the forward c.g. limit, resulted in a condition where the elevator did not have sufficient authority available to rotate the aircraft at vr. This resulted in a late abort at high speed with inadequate runway remaining to stop the aircraft. The aircraft departed the runway and impact airport aproach lighting.
