From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Upon landing, pilot touched down hard and ballooned. Crosswind blew him off course so he proceeded to execute a go-around. After initially applying power he saw that he was headed for trees. He immediately concluded that he didn't have the power or height to clear the trees so he retarded the throttle and aimed the aircraft for a clear, plowed field. Aircraft main gear touched down and the aircraft rolled for approximately 30 yards before the nose gear touched and immediately got caught in the soft ground. Aircraft then flipped over on its back and came to rest upside down. Pilot exited unharmed.
