From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Upon gear retraction, the nose of the aircraft dropped and the propeller struck the runway. The aircraft continued to climb but the PIC feeling a reduction in power, requested and was granted an immediate return to sts. The aircraft landed without further incident.

Inspection of the aircraft revealed damaged limited to both propeller blade tips. Forward velocity was evidenced by the eight inches of aft propeller tip curl when the strike occurred. The fire wall and nose gear showed no signs of damage as did the remainder of the aircraft.
