From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot reported after landing during the rollout on runway 16 at kbpt his brakes appeared to be ineffective. Resulting in the aircraft exiting the paved surface of the runway onto the grass 15-20 feet beyond at the departure end of runway 16. Photos show tire marks from the right main caused by a heavy braking action but none were visible following the path of the left main tires. Post inspections showed the left anti skid sensor failed and the right brake was not developing pressure.
