From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot reported that he listened to the automated weather as he approached the airport. He chose the runway for the prevailing winds. Upon landing the pilot noticed that he had a tailwind and ran off the end of the runway striking both propellers in the process. Upon notification of the airport manager (by the pilot), it was discovered that the automated weather was "not working properly" and now has a voice not that it is out of service.

This automated weather being inoperative was confirmed during the investigation.
