From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft was moved from 1TE4 to khyi to have maintenance performed. Aircraft was cleared to land, runway 31, full stop landing. After landing and upon taxi the aircraft right gear collasped approximately 2100' from the runway threshold. Aircraft slid to a stop at the intersection of runway 31 and runway 26. Investigation revealed excessive build up of old grease and debris in the right wheelwell which may have contributed to the gear not going to the down and locked position. After cleaning of the wheelwell and removing excessive grease and debris, gear operational checked ok.
