From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Winds that day were 24 gusting to 31. Aircraft held short of runway 17R, awaiting clearance from ATC. After the B737 was cleared to take off, ATC cleared the Cessna to take active and hold, giving caution of jet blast. Pilot acknowledged caution and still proceeded and ended up in the jet blast, lifting the aircraft and causing the aircraft to strike right wing tip. As the aircraft fell back to the ground on its landing gear, nose first, thats when the prop struck the ground. Pilot of the aircraft contacted ATC requesting assistance.
