What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Per the pilot's statement: he came in to land with 2 notches of flaps and was still a little high. When he touched down, the back wheels hit first, closely followed by the nose wheel. He could not keep the plane straight and kept turing left and right and he had no control. He took a hard left which was not under his control, onto the taxiway where the nose wheel collapsed and the prop hit the ground.
