From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

When coming into land at Kewn I selected my gear down. With no green light indicated I looked outside to see my nose gear was not extended, I recycled the gear a few more times with no success. I reverted to the emergency gear extension checklist and after multiple attempts that was unsuccessful. I then did a soft landing to make sure that my main gears were locked in the down position then performed a hard bounce landing to see if the gear would shake free. The attempt was unsuccessful. I had decided that all my options had been exhausted so I proceeded on a landing with out a nose gear but both main gears. I performed 2 practice landings on runway 32 to get an idea of where I would need to land at to make it across the intersecting runway(4¬-22). On the 3rd attempt I when through my emergency landing checklist and secured my cockpit then came in and landed on runway 32 coming to a stop past runway 4¬-22. After the aircraft came to a stop I got out of the aircraft to the left and waited on the grass for emergency crews to arrive.

As the FAA filed it
