From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Flight crew began take-off from runway 23 left. Captain rejected take-off above V1 because the aircraft would not pitch up to rotation atitude upon application of control input. Aircraft over-ran runway shearing off the main landing gear upon impact with the perimeter road and ditch coming to rest 25 feet left of runway centerline and 1,222 feet past the runway 5 right threshold. Flight attendants commenced an evacuation of the aircraft. One passenger incurred a minor laceration during evacuation requiring sutures.
