From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The aircraft was landing on runway 34 at the Lebanon State Airport (S30) the winds at the time of landing were reported from the pilot as from 270 degrees 10-15 knots. Aircraft touched down at approximately 220 feet from the threshhold at 60 mph. At approximately 420 feet the aircraft was slowing and was trying to weather vane and being pushed to the left. Pilot choose to give aircraft full throttle and start procedures for a go around. After aircraft lifted off the ground the wind was rapidly pushing the aircraft to the left. Pilot decided he could not climb fast enough to clear the hangers to the left which are located approximately 240 feet to the left of the centerline of runway. The pilot reduced power and landed the aircaft again still being pushed to the east and off the runway. Aircraft went into the grass meridian between the runway and taxiway. Then just before the taxiway down in a ditch and broke the right main landing gear and struck the right wing tip resulting in the forwrd wing spar to crack and came to rest in the taxiway

As the FAA filed it

THE AIRCRAFT WAS LANDING ON RUNWAY 34 AT THE LEBANON STATE AIRPORT (S30) THE WINDS AT THE TIME OF LANDING WERE REPORTED FROM THE PILOT AS FROM 270 DEGREES 10-15 KNOTS.
