From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The aircraft was on a day VFR part 91 flight for pilot proficiency. The pilot performed three landings at gyi, north Texas regional and then flew to F31, lake Texoma airport. The pilot performed two landings to a full stop. On the third landing the pilot placed the gear handle down, ?but failed to notice the gear did not extend?. When landing on runway 36 the aircraft settled to the runway with the landing gear retracted. The aircraft came to rest approximately 10 feet left of the runway center line. After the flight, the pilot noticed the landing gear circuit was tripped. During the third landing the pilot did not notice the landing gear warning horn.
