From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot was attempting to land on runway 13 at Payette Municipal Airport (S75).

Upon touchdown, pilot failed to maintain directional control and aircraft veered to the right of runway centerline.

Aircraft continued veering to the right with the left main leaving a tire mark on the runway approximately 268 feet. The left wing tip also scrapped the runway in two locations.

Aircraft veered an additional 145 feet to the right of the runway in the dirt/gravel area between the runway and taxiway.

The prop struck the ground, then the aircraft flipped over on its back.
