From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The tbm 700 pilot taxied for takeoff from gibbs flying service FBO parking ramp. The tbm was parked at the west end of the ramp and taxied out between rows 5 and 6 towards the east end of the ramp. Upon reaching the east end the tbm made a 90 degree left turn onto taxiway juliet. While turning, the tbm left winglet contacted the rudder of a parked, unoccupied Beech A36, N6056Q. The tbm suffered a broken static wick at the tip of the winglet and a few scuff marks on the winglet. The A36 suffered dents along 50% of its area.
