From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

While attempting to land at jwn on runway 020 the pilot failed to maintain a stabilized approach. He flared high causing the aircraft to land hard and bounce. During the second touchdown the aircraft was at a 45-degree angle from the centerline and departed the left side of the runway. The aircraft came to rest approximately 40 feet from the left edge of runway 020 in tall grass when the right main landing gear separated from the aircraft. Additional damage to the aircraft was the main landing gear gearbox structure, the right wing was bent approximately 3 feet inboard of the wing tip, propeller, entry step and door all sustaining substantial damage when the right main landing gear separated from the aircraft.
