From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot statement - 15-20 minutes after takeoff, the engine quit. First I checked my ipad for nearest airport. When I didn?t find one, I looked ahead and to both sides of the airplane and saw only a swamp. I turned the airplane around and saw a narrow gravel road with no houses on either side. This meant there would be no electrical wires or mail boxes along the road. I aimed the airplane for the road, checked the magnetos, fuel selector, carb heat, and mixture. Nothing I did restarted the engine. I was able to land on the road, but two stop signs on both sides of the road blocked my landing roll.
