From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Student pilots first solo flight. On landing #3 of a series of touch and go's the student pilot landed flat, bounced up, came down nose first on the second bounce and heard a thump, went to full power and performed a go around. On take off, the stall horn went off, student lowered the nose raised the flaps 1 notch. The student notice the yoke seemed further aft than expected. Landed and taxied back. The damage was discovered during acft tie down.

Only one of the prop blades were damaged, the tip being impacted and bent aft. The bulkhead/firewall and nose landing gear attachment was buckled severely upwards and backwards into the cabin causing floor boards on both pilot and copilots sides to become buckled and distorted. The impact damaged the structure members behind the instrument panel severely enough to cause binding of the yokes and flight controls.
