From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

N130UE, Beechcraft 1900C, serial number UC-130 operated by suburban air freight JDWA157F departed hartsfield - jackson atlanta international airport (atl) on April 17, 2018 at 0650 CDT. The pilot states between 10,000-12,000 feet AGL while on approach, approximately 25 miles north of Jacksonville international airport (jax), the left engine rolled back to partial power. As a precaution, the pilot feathered the propeller, shut down the left engine, and advised air traffic control. The pilot states that he did not declare an emergency. ATC asked if assistance was needed and the pilot declined assistance. The pilot landed the aircraft at 0803 CDT at jax with no aircraft damage or injuries.

Suburban air freight maintenance personnel conducted troubleshooting on the left engine and found that the engine would not produce power past idle. A mechanic for suburban air freight removed and replaced the left engine fuel control unit, performed the necessary functional check, and the aircraft was returned to service.
