From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

N25WE approached to land on runway 24 at 60NC. The aircraft came over the obstacle and touched down just 60 feet beyond the displaced threshold on a runway of 2800 feet long. The tricycle, retractable landing gear touched down right wheel first, left wheel within 6 feet and the nose wheel and prop striking the ground 21 feet further down the runway. All three gear collapsed and the aircraft slid on its belly to a stop 300 feet from touchdown.
