From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The airman stated the incident occurred on her third landing. She was wearing flip-flops and she did not have her feet high enough on the rudders to engage the brakes. She also stated that by the time she realized her feet were not high enough to get full braking action on the rudder pedals, the aircraft momentum caused her to go slightly off the runway. She then turned off the engine in fear of hitting any runway lights.

The tower contacted her to see if she required assistance and she replied she did not. She then restarted the engine and taxied to a parking spot.
