From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot briefed her 2 passengers, who would be sitting in the front seat, on the importance of remaining clear of the flight controls. She completed a flight control check prior to takeoff and she believed she had full range on the flight controls. On the take off roll the pilot was working to maintin centerline with the right rudder. Upon reaching full right rudder she realized that she was not going to be able to maintain directional control. At that moment the aircraft made a sharp turn to the left and she aborted the take off. During the sharp turn the lower right wing scrapped the ground resulting in minor damage.
