From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

At touchdown, all four main landing gear tires ceased to rotate and subsequently suffered damage to the tire and wheel assemblies which included loss of tire material and all four wheel assemblies were ground down by contact with the runway surface. Upon landing the crew was informed by den tower of smoke and flames originating from the right hand landing gear. Fire trucks were dispatched and the reported smoke and fire ceased when the aircraft came to a stop. The captain elected to evacuate the aircraft of passengers on the runway via the main entry door. All passengers evacuated and were later taken to the terminal by bus with no injuries reported to the passengers.
