From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot was instructed to taxi to runway 18 at bravo 3 via alpha, bravo 4, bravo, hold short of BRAVO3 .

Statement provided by pilot:

I was rolling at just a couple of miles an hour, actually about to stop short of B3 where I was going to do my run up and intersection departure. When the contoller screamed in my headset and startled me, causing me to hit the heel brakes too hard and it gently went up on it?s nose.
