What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
The pilot was landing at Bonham Jones Field (F00). On final the pilot put the gear selector in the down position and made an uneventful approach. The pilot never verified that the gear was down and lock by the green light indication. Only verifying that the selector was in the down position.
The pilot never new that there was a gear failure and never ran the emergency gear extension checklist.
Once the airplane was lifted, the circuit breaker was pushed back in and the gear came down. The gear was cycled no mechanical issues were noted at the time.
