From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Air Wisconsin flight 3922 had landed on 1R and was taxiing on taxiway kilo to the gate. They stopped due to opposite bound traffic ( Boeing 777) on parallel, intersecting taxiway juliet. After receiving clearance from ground, they resumed their taxi on kilo to taxiway charlie and started to cross a service road at the midfield terminal ramp, when a gate gourmet catering truck on the service road failed to yield the right of way. This truck ( traveling left to right as viewed from the aircraft) struck the radome of the aircraft and then traveled about 200 feet before coming to a stop on the ramp.
