From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

While enroute to lhz airport the pilot had an autopilot failure. As she got closer to her destination she also had a nav radio failure and received a message on the GPS stating poor GPS coverage. She requested from ATC a no gyro approach into lhz since she was not able to pick up the ILS. She broke out of the clouds at 700 feet. Pilot landed even though she was too fast. She was not able to get stopped in time and went off the end of the runway but was able to avoid hitting any obstacles. When she came off the runway the right wheel pant was damaged and the right wheel hub was damaged.
