From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On October 16, 2019 at 1115 local time, N307KP, a privacy data omitted landed at kags to drop off a passenger. The aircraft blocked in at 11:19. They advised the FBO that they were going to drop a passenger, and would need no services. They parked, shut down the left engine and deplaned a passenger. After deplaning the passenger, they shut the cabin door, restarted the left engine and taxied out of the parking spot. They blocked out at 11:21. During the entire stop, the rotating beacon was on and the right engine was operating.

While the aircraft was stopped, the passengers for N916BD, a LJ-45, accompanied by their co-pilot walked from the FBO to their aircraft. The route took them about 120 feet- behind the privacy data omitted. During the transit, a passenger was blown down, injuring her head. This happened as the global express was leaving the blocks.

Both pilots on the lear, plus one ramp worker stated that, in their opinion, the global pilot used excessive power while beginning his taxi.

The FBO at kags protocol calls for marshalling the transit aircraft in, but not marshalling them out of the ramp.

As the FAA filed it

ON OCTOBER 16, 2019 AT 1115 LOCAL TIME, N307KP, A ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ LANDED AT KAGS TO DROP OFF A PASSENGER.

THE ROUTE TOOK THEM ABOUT 120 FEET- BEHIND THE ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.
