What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Pilot stated he was enroute (82J) to (06A) when on approach to (06A) the landing gear would not deploy. Aircraft did several low approaches with observers on the ground confirming the landing gear was not extended. Pilot stated he tried multiple times to extend the gear in normal and emergency modes. Pilot returned to (82J) and landed on a grass strip with the gear up little damage to the aircraft and no injuries. Maintenance personnel were able to extend the landing gear but could not determine why the gear would not extend in the normal mode.
