From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During takeoff and climb, pilot stated that the aircraft was not climbing or making enough power to clear power lines off the end of the runway. The pilot made a left turn, and felt they were FAR enough off the ground but ended up hitting a small rise in the ground. The pilot managed to get the aircraft on the ground, but started sliding, before they came to a stop, the right tire fell off the rim, causing the aircraft to flip upside down. The pilot stated that there was a normal run-up, and had been flying the aircraft the previous day with several landing and takeoffs, and had no issues up to this point.

As the FAA filed it
