From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On may 13, 2020 pilot privacy data omitted who was the only soul onboard was flying N2903T in VMC conditions. privacy data omitted States that he was out familiarizing himself with the GPS functions for upcoming instrument training for his IFR rating. privacy data omitted States that he went through his "gump" check at the faf, however he must have not have actually lowered the gear. As privacy data omitted maneuvered the a/c into the flair he states that the horn went off (thought it was the stall horn) then it started sliding on runway. "Everything happened within a second". Aircraft touchdown and slid approx. 250-300 feet. Apparent damage was to prop, pitot tube, and underside which at the time was not viewable.
