What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Immediately after take-off the aircraft appeared to yaw to the "left" and continue in the left hand turn until 90 degrees from the runway center line. The aircraft continued east toward the ridgeline. It's climb rate was minimal as it approached the tree line and was not very high above the treetops. The aircraft disappeared from view, a loud crash/thump sound was heard. At this point the aircraft contacted the ground inverted in a wooded area. The aircraft was destroyed.
