From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot was returning from fremont airport (14G) to Toledo surburban airport (kduh).

Approximately 10 miles out the pilot checked foreflight and noticed preceipitation heading for Toledo Suburban Airport (kduh).

Concerned with approaching precipitation, the pilot elected to do a straight in approach

At 3 miles out and 1800 feet MSL the pilot intended to drop the gear but extended full flaps.

Upon crossing the threshold, the pilot mistook the gear warning horn for the stall horn and landed gear up.
